Adult Training
There are many opportunities for adult training provided by the Boy Scouts of America. Many of these are listed on the Counsel web site. There are several training opportunites available for general Scouting leadership.
Youth Protection
Youth Protection is a requirement course for all Scout leaders and recommended for parents as well. It is offered on the Internet and is free. This course discusses the BSA polices for adult leadership. You do not have to be a registered Scout leader to take the course, but you do need to be registered to get Youth Protection.
